Sonya 'Sunny' DiGiorno

Since 2008, Sonya has served the Staffing Industry in roles including business development, recruiting, and account management.
Prior to becoming a recruitment specialist, she worked in law enforcement for over 20 years - Officer + Police Chief - an opportunity to really get to 'know' people.
Since her transition 13 years ago, Sunny has helped place talent in engineering, construction management, and various technical positions.

Christopher Kujawa

While Chris has been managing complex construction projects over the past 16 years for the construction management business segment, PDDM Solutions, he quickly recognized the importance of his clients finding qualified candidates for employment.
Chris created PDDM WorkForce Solutions to recruit candidates for his clients in Executive Level, Architectural/Engineering, Project Management, Skilled Construction Trades, and IT-related positions.
In addition to overseeing construction management, his project responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight to the Lead Recruiter and Business Development Manager.
